We formulate without certain metallic pigments like aluminum and copper powders. Among other effects, aluminum powder is persistent, a respiratory sensitizer, endocrine-disrupting, and harmful to aquatic life. Copper powder is also persistent and poses risks to both the endocrine system and aquatic life. While copper is an essential nutrient, excessive exposure can be harmful, and we strive to consider multiple sources of exposure to an ingredient, including and beyond our products, in our safety work.

      I had high hopes, based on all the rave reviews. This applies so smoothly, smells great, and feels nice...until my lips feel dry within an hour. They got so dry I tried applying more of this and I had to wet a toothbrush to scrub at the dry bits so get them off, at which point I could apply more that actually got to the skin that needed moisture. Why the Lip Conditioner doesn't exist anymore is beyond me. That was the best lip product I've used in a long time and it is greatly missed. Please bring it back.

      Love it!

      I've been using Burt's Bees lip balm for years and, honestly, I'd been pretty happy with it. I ordered the Clean Swipe Hyaluronic Lip Balm on a whim. I started out using it only in the morning before I left for work and I kept using the other stuff mid-morning, mid-afternoon, and at night. Over time, though, I started to notice that the Clean Swipe lip balm was lasting longer and my lips felt better; I didn't need to reapply mid-morning, just a quick swipe after lunch and then again at bedtime. Now it's my go-to! Sooooo good!

      Feels so good!

      I love this lip balm. I use it every day. It helps keep my lips moist and soft. I use it before I put my lipstick on in the morning and, I use it at night when I go to bed. I recommend it! I have purchased it about 3 times if not more.
